Abstract:
This treatise summarizes and contextualizes the main results of the author's publications [P1,P2,P3,P4,P5], among which [P1,P3,P5] are joint works with L. Beck. In order to provide a treatment within a unified framework, several results are presented in a slightly modified form, and, particularly in Chapter 4, some minor refinements are accomplished.
