Abstract.

The talk is concerned with convex variational integrals of linear growth, which are naturally defined on vector-valued BV-functions. Discussing also existence and uniqueness results for the Dirichlet problem, I will focus on gradient regularity of (generalized) minimizers in degenerate situations. Some of the results are contained in a joint work with Lisa Beck.
