Junior Visiting Positions 2005

Two visiting positions will be available at the De Giorgi Center for the academic year 2005-2006:

Lizzanello Junior Visiting Position, partially supported by the town of Lizzanello. 

CariLucca - SNS Visiting Position, partially supported by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca and the Scuola Normale Superiore. 

Appointments will be made initially for one year, with the possibility of an extension for a second year.
The visiting position carries a stipend of 25.000 Euro plus a research grant of 5.000 Euro per annum. The visitor is requested to actively participate in the scientific life of the Center and possibly realise a graduate course.

Two more positions might be available in the near future, if funded as we expect.

Applicants should be no more than 34 years of age at the time of application and should have obtained their PhD after 1999.

Each application should include:
Up-to-date biodata 
Full list of publications 
Two letters of recommendation (may be sent separately) 

Completed applications must reach the De Giorgi Center before January 5th, 2005 and should be addressed to the Director of the De Giorgi Center, at the address:
