Abstract:
In this paper we study the asymptotic behaviour of free-discontinuity problems in a periodic geometry of $R^n$ with ``soft inclusions''. We highlight a double-porosity phenomenon driven both by low ``elastic constants'' or low ``fracture toughness''.
