``Nonintegrable tangent distributions and Sobolev surfaces''

Nonintegrable tangent distributions in a precise dimensional case correspond to smooth families of planes that do not admit tangent surfaces. We will see how considering less regular surfaces, namely, countably 2-rectifiables sets of different regularities the a.e. tangency may or may not occur.
