The mathematical analysis group at UCLouvain, Belgium, welcomes applications for a postdoctoral scholarship within the project "Variational problems for curved surfaces" led by Heiner Olbermann.

The position is full-time for 14 months. The starting date is flexible: immediately, in fall 2023, or upon agreement. An extension of the scholarship is possible, but dependent on availability of funding.

Candidates with a background in calculus of variations, PDE, or geometric measure theory are strongly encouraged to apply.
