A PhD position is available at ETH Zurich under the supervision of Carina Geldhauser.

The position has the very favorable salary of CHF 73’100 (roughly 79.000 EUR) per annum and includes some teaching duty. Funding has a 4 year duration and the employment start should be between January and September 2027.

PhD students are embedded in our group, which includes, among others, A. Figalli, J. Serra, S. Mayboroda, T. Riviere.

Living quality in Zurich is very high, and the department of mathematics is fortunate be located in the main building of ETH, close to the city center and with an amazing view on the city from our “Polyterrasse”.
