Schwartzman's solenoids and Ambrosio-Kirchheim currents
Eugene Stepanov (St. Petersburg State University)

Abstract. We study the structure of one dimensional cycles in metric spaces defined in terms of Ambrosio-Kirchheim currents. The structure of such currents will be related to Schwartzman asymptotic cycles (ergodic solenoids) and to a much weaker notion of a solenoid.
