Abstract:

We extend the existence, uniqueness, and regularity result obtained in \cite{DalMasoDeSimoneMorandotti2010} for the case of a self-propelled swimmer in a viscous fluid to the case of a self-propelled swimmer immersed in a particulate medium, modeled as a Brinkman fluid.
