This is to annouce the new Phd positions in the Mathematics Area at SISSA for the Phd of Mathematical Analysis, Modeling, Applications at SISSA focused on

1) General Topics (Dynamical Systems and PDEs, Calculus of Variations, Hyperbolic conservation Laws and Transport problem, Geometric Analysis, Geometry and control theory)

2) Mathematical Analysis, Modelling, and Applications - Cultural Heritage (Mathematical and numerical modelling for large scale simulations in environmental science and geophysics by data-driven methodologies to protect artistic and monumental heritage)

3) Mathematical Analysis, Modelling, and Applications - Double degree in collaboration with TU Eindhoven on “Machine Learning for Turbulence”

Deadline for applications: August 31, 2022

Courses start on October 1st 2022.
