NAFSA13 aims to bring together researchers with a common interest in the field. Graduate students and others beginning their mathematical careers are encouraged to participate.

The main program consists of a series of invited lectures. The invited speakers, each of whom is going to deliver a couple of lectures, are Anna Balci (Charles University), Galia Dafni (Concordia University), Franz Gmeineder (University of Konstanz), Victor Lie (Purdue University), Vít Musil (Masaryk University), Paolo Salani (University of Florence), Daniel Spector (National Taiwan Normal University), and Christoph Thiele (University of Bonn).

It is already 13th spring school in the NAFSA series of spring schools, which have been organized quadrennially since 1978.
