The aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers interested in the study of local and nonlocal models related to Kolmogorov operators. These degenerate hypoelliptic operators arise in various contexts and are vastly employed in the financial market modeling or the description of physical and biological phenomena. Our purpose is to promote the exchange of new ideas between researchers operating in the field, with a particular attention to the interplay between local and nonlocal phenomena.
