During the days 27-29 of september 2004, the conference " Interface Evolutions and Applications " will take place at the De Giorgi Center of the Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa. The meeting is dedicated to various aspects of evolution of interfaces, such as mean curvature flow and crystal growth, with applications to phase transitions and image segmentation.
