In the framework of the ESI Thematic Program Free Boundary Problems
Prof. Yoshihiro Tonegawa (Institute of Science Tokyo) will deliver a series of five lectures on
Introduction to Brakke’s Mean Curvature Flow
The lectures will take place on October 27, 29, 31 and November 3, 5, 2025 from 15:15 to 17:00, in the Boltzmann Seminar Room at the Erwin Schrödinger International Institute for Mathematics and Physics Boltzmanngasse 9, Vienna, Austria.
This minicourse is primarily intended for advanced Master’s and doctoral students, but participation is open to all interested researchers. Registration is free but mandatory, as places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
A limited number of participants may apply for financial support, with preference given to doctoral students.
