INdAM Workshop "Differential Equations and Nonlinear Models DENoM"

Despite representing a long-standing research field in Mathematics, Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs) are continuously applied to various scientific problems, offering valuable qualitative insights into various nonlinear models.
This is an international workshop that focuses on nonlinear models related to ODEs, such as reaction-diffusion systems, hyperbolic and traffic models, optimal control problems, and population dynamics systems.
The main goal is to create an interaction platform fostering a reciprocal sharing of problems and techniques between the ODE community and other research groups who typically make use of different methods, offering alternative strategies for addressing various applied models.
The plenary speakers will deliver comprehensive lectures on the background and on current developments in the key areas of the workshop, setting the groundwork for specialized seminars by invited experts.
The workshop is sponsored by INdAM, that also provides logistic support, and by Politecnico di Milano.
