Abstract.

In CR geometry in 3D, the CR paneitz operator played an important role in the embedding problem as well as the positive mass theorem. On the other hand, it does not define a useful curvature invariant. A closely related operator which is called the P-prime operator, it defines the Q-prime curvature which is the integrand of the Burns-Epstein invariant. In this talk I present a result on prescribing the Q-prime curvature as well as an isoperimetric inequality associated with the Q-prime curavture integral.
