The department of mathematics at the Université Catholique de Louvain invites applications for one regular faculty position in algebra broadly construed and one regular faculty position in analysis broadly construed beginning September 2008. \par Applicants should have obtained significant results and maintain an active research program. \par Teaching duties will be assigned both at the undergraduate and graduate level. \par It is expected that the successful candidate be able to teach in French within at most one year of the starting date of the appointment. \par Applications must be submitted online by January 18th 2007.
