One-year post-doctoral position at the University of Genoa, in the framework of the PRIN project “Gradient flows, Optimal Transport and Metric Measure Structures”.

The one-year position is expected to start in February 2021. Candidates should preferably have some background in calculus of variations or PDEs.

Research topics include:
- variational methods in materials science, elasticity theory, phase transitions, atomistic and multiscale models,
- nonlinear evolution equations, nonlocal aggregation-diffusion models, gradient flow structure, long-time behavior.
