Dipartimento di Matematica, Università di Pisa

The last years have witnessed a constant and fruitful interplay between theoretical results and techniques deriving from geometrical analysis, free boundary value and optimal location problems, in order to deal consistently with issues arising from Materials Science and Shape Optimization.

Following this same path this workshop aims to bring together experts in different topics of Calculus of Variations and Partial Differential Equations in order to present, and spread among young researchers, some of their most recent results.
