University of Naples "Federico II"

The aim of the intensive period is to investigate some aspects of PDEs, with particular attention to the applications. The school will consist in three mini-courses (given by Proff. Buttazzo, Mingione and Orsingher) and it is mainly addressed to graduate, PHD students and postdoctoral fellows; the courses are aimed at recovering some basic issues in their subjects. The workshop will include six lectures by experts (Carozza, Casado Diaz, Faraco, Hencl, Kuusi, Spector) in the field; moreover, several mini-talks from young participants and a poster session will enrich the scientific program.

For a limited number of young participants, who are interested in giving a talk - presenting a poster, the organization can provide some financial support to cover accommodation (in the case, the organization will reserve a bed in double room at the Hotel Serius, Viale di Augusto 74, Naples), living expenses and a contribution to travel expenses.
