NAFSA13 aims to bring together researchers with a common interest in the field. Graduate students and others beginning their mathematical careers are encouraged to participate.

The main program consists of a series of invited lectures. The invited speakers, each of whom is going to deliver a couple of lectures, are *Anna Balci* (Charles University), *Galia Dafni* (Concordia University), *Polona Durcik* (Chapman University), *Franz Gmeineder* (University of Konstanz), *Victor Lie* (Purdue University), *Vít Musil* (Masaryk University), *Paolo Salani* (University of Florence), and *Daniel Spector* (National Taiwan Normal University).

It is already 13th spring school in the NAFSA series of spring schools, which have been organized quadrennially since 1978.
