This workshop aims at surveying recent results in the analysis of irregular transport, with non-Lipschitz vector fields, and its applications to kinetic theory, advection of active and passive scalars, fluid mechanics, and related areas. It will gather analysts, experts in dynamical systems, deterministic and stochastic differential equations, numerical analysts and experimentalist in a fruitful exchange of ideas.
