QUI ETES-VOUS ?
Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou de formation doctorale, vous 
justifiez d’une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans les domaines de la 
recherche opérationnelle et de l’intelligence artificielle : décision 
multicritère, théorie des jeux, machine learning (clustering, 
apprentissage statistique, MCTS, etc.), optimisation (optimisation 
convexe, algorithmes évolutionnaires…).
Des compétences complémentaires dans les domaines de l’aide à la 
décision, le traitement de l’incertitude, les réseaux bayésiens, 
l’optimisation (programmation linéaire, non-convexe, théorie des 
graphes), et la complexité algorithmique seraient un plus significatif.
De plus, vous aimez implémenter, tester et évaluer des algorithmes 
innovants avec un souci de performance et de capitalisation. A ce titre, 
vous maîtrisez la programmation avancée dans un langage compilé (Java, 
C++ et les librairies scientifiques associées), et éventuellement la 
programmation en Java swing, Python, javascript, Rest/SOAP.

Au sein du laboratoire « Décision et Optimisation », votre mission 
principale concerne la définition d’algorithmes innovants en décision 
multicritère, machine learning et optimisation.
En étroite collaboration avec les entités du Groupe, vous identifiez et 
formalisez le problème à résoudre à travers les discussions que vous 
menez avec des experts opérationnels. Vous intervenez de la 
compréhension et description du problème à l’identification de solutions 
innovantes et la réalisation développements algorithmiques et de 
prototypes logiciels dont vous accompagnez la pré-industrialisation. 
Vous participez également au montage de projets européens, à leur suivi 
et à la coordination des contributions d’autres ingénieurs.
Vos capacités à convaincre et votre expertise alliées à votre sens 
relationnel et à votre approche pédagogique seront des atouts qui vous 
permettront de gagner la confiance des unités opérationnelles du Groupe 
avec qui vous serez en contact direct.
Vos missions vous permettront d’avoir une vision large de nos activités,

20- Prix Fermat junior 2017

Bonjour,

Je vous écris pour vous informer de la mise en place du prix Fermat 
junior 2017. N’hésitez pas à diffuser l’information auprès des personnes 
intéressées.

Cette année a lieu la quinzième édition du prix Fermat junior de 
mathématiques. Ce prix récompense la contribution d’un étudiant de lycée 
ou d’un établissement d’enseignement supérieur français dans des 
domaines qui figurent aux programmes des enseignements de formation BAC 
(baccalauréat) à BAC + 3.

règlement et les modalités de dépôt des candidatures

La date limite pour déposer une candidature est fixée au 30 septembre 
2017.

20- Deces de Reinhard Selten, lauréat du Prix Nobel 1994

Reinhard Selten, lauréat du Prix Nobel 1994 d'économie pour ses 
contributions à la théorie des jeux (sous-jeu parfait!), est décédé le 
23 août 2016. Selten est né à Breslau, 3 ans avant la naissance du 
Troisième Reich. Ses parents (un juif et l'autre protestant) avaient 
initialement décidé de l'élever sans affiliation religieuse. Cependant, 
en 1933, ils le firent baptiser protestant dans l'espoir de le sauver de 
la persécution. Barré de l'école à 14 ans et a commencé à travailler 
comme ouvrier non qualifié. Avec la chute de l'Allemagne, Selten et sa 
famille restante ont glissé le noeud soviétique sur le dernier train de 
Breslau. Il a continué comme ouvrier agricole jusqu'à ce que les écoles 
allemandes aient été rouvertes en 1946. En 1957, Selten a obtenu sa 
maîtrise de Francfort, et c'est là qu'il a développé son intérêt pour la 
vie dans l'économie expérimentale. Ceci fut suivi par une invitation à 
rendre visite à Morgenstern et à son groupe à Princeton. C'est lors de 
cette visite qu'il a rencontré Aumann, Maschler et Harsanyi (avec qui il 
partagerait le prix Nobel) et a cimenté son intérêt pour la théorie des 
jeux. Selten a joué un rôle déterminant dans la construction d'une 
théorie des jeux active à Bielefeld et d'un laboratoire d'économie 
expérimentale à Bonn.

Sont concernées les docteures en mathématiques et en informatique ayant 
soutenu leur thèse après le 9 janvier 2012 (les doctorantes de ces 
disciplines peuvent également participer).
