Dear colleagues,

This is an annoncement for the 2016 edition of the “Journées” (annual
meeting) of the GdR AFHP (Analyse fonctionnelle et Harmonique et
Probabilités), which will take place in Toulouse at the Université Paul
Sabatier from Monday, October 10, at noon, to Wednesday, October 12, at
1 pm, followed by two intensive courses from October 12 to 14, by John
E. McCarthy and Alexei Poltoratski. See
http://www.cimi.univ-toulouse.fr/analysis/en/week3 .

If you have not already, please use the links provided on the webpage to
register.

If you wish to give a short talk, please mention it while registering
and provide a 10 to 15 lines abstract, preferably before July, 13. We
will announce a list of accepted talks by the end of July (if you need a
faster answer, you can contact the organizers:
afhptoulouse2016 at gmail.com). Special attention will be given to young
researchers proposals.

Some funding will be available for younger participants (doctoral
students and post doctoral researchers especially) for both the Journées
and the subsequent intensive courses. If you are applying for financial
support, please mention it in your registration email. We will provide a
first list of accepted funding requests by July, 25 (after this date,
additional requests will be answered depending on the remaining budget).

The main speakers are Frédéric Bernicot, Emmanuel Breuillard, John E.
McCarthy, Eugenia Malinnikova, Javier Parcet, Alexei Poltoratskii and
Xavier Tolsa.

Those Journées are taking place in the framework of a special semester
in Analysis in Toulouse funded by the LabEx CIMI. More details can be
found at www.cimi.univ-toulouse.fr/analysis.

We hope to see you in Toulouse,
the organizers.
