School and Workshop
"PDEs and Applications"

Dipartimento di Matematica e Applicazioni,
P.le Tecchio, Aula S. Bobbio , Napoli, Italia

February 8 - 12, 2016.

The aim of this intensive period is to investigate some aspects of PDEs,
with particular attention to the applications.

The school is mainly addressed to graduate, PHD students and postdoctoral
fellows; still anybody else interested is welcome. The courses are aimed at
recovering some basic issues in the subject; The week will also include
talks of participants.
The mini-courses will be held by Prof. G. Buttazzo, Prof. G. Mingione and
Prof. E. Orsingher.

The scientific program of the workshop will be focused on lectures by:
M. Carozza, J. Casado Diaz, D. Faraco, S. Hencl, T. Kuusi, D. Spector.

For a limited number of young participants, who are interested to give a
talk/to present a poster, the organization can provide some financial
support to cover accommodation (in double rooms), living expenses and a
contribution to travel expenses. To apply for financial support, please
send the attached registration form to phdschool2016 at gmail.com within
December 6.

For participants not requiring financial support the registration deadline
is January 25. Please register by sending an e-mail to
