I was asked to spread the information about
the Seventh International Conference on Differential and Functional 
Differential Equations
which will take place in Moscow, Russia, from 22th August 2014 to 29 
August 2014.

I was informed that they would be glad to invite young mathematicians 
with 20-minute talks
