I apologize to add one more entry to your mailbox (in particular if you
already received the following information) but I would like to inform
you that there are two thematic weeks on Optimal Transport and
Functional Inequalities to be held in Toulouse from March 31 to April 4
and April 7 to April 11, 2014, respectively, within a thematic trimester
PDEs & Probability. The core of each of these weeks are two short
courses aimed at doctoral students supplemented with additional
presentations. If you have some students which you feel might be
interested in attending one of these two weeks or both, I would be very
grateful if you could pass them the information. From a practical
viewpoint, accomodation can in principle be supported by the Thematic
Trimester but I am afraid and sorry to say that, due to limited funding,
travel and local expenses cannot be supported. More information can be
