    "An alternative approach to the Dirac operator via the Dirichlet to
    Neumann operator."

    Abstract
    We use the Foldy- Wouthuysen unitary transformation to transform the
    Dirac equations into an elliptic problem in the 4-dim half space
    with Neumann boundary condition. Then we give an alternative min-max
    characterization of the eigenvalues problem for the Brown Ravenhall
    one electron atoms Hamiltonian.
