Dear Colleague,

We would be grateful if you would bring to the attention of your
undergraduate students (majoring in mathematics and allied disciplines)
the Ph.D. program in Applied Mathematics at the Center for Nonlinear
Analysis, Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA.

CNA faculty research interests include: Calculus of variations;
Computational science; Complex systems; Data analysis; Fluid mechanics;
Partial differential equations; Stochastic analysis; with applications
in areas of science and engineering.

Graduate students will have the opportunity to participate in CNA
activities, including: weekly seminars, working groups, workshops,
conferences, and summer schools.

Full-time graduate students are eligible for teaching assistantships and
fellowships, which cover tuition and stipend. Applications are accepted
online from October 2014 to January 15, 2015:
