--- the candidate may have any nationality;
--- he/she should have a position outside Italy,
either of assistant professor or of associate professor
(or analogous position in a research institution);
--- an analogous position is offered in Trento to the winner;
--- there is no restriction on the mathematical competences of the
candidate.
