+++ Postdoctoral position in Shape Optimization and related problems +++


* Organizations: The University Joseph Fourier in Grenoble (France),
Department of Applied Mathematics (LJK) and the French Research Agency
ANR through the OPTIFORM project.

* Other institutions involved in the project: Department of Applied
Mathematics of Chambery, Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
* Position Description: 12 months post-doctoral position.
* Salary: around 2000 � net per month starting between September and
December 2013.
* Send your application before April 1st 2013 to Edouard Oudet

publications and 1 or 2 letters of recommendation).


* Job Description: We invite applications for a postdoctoral position in
the general areas of shape optimization, inverse problems and calculus
of variations. This position is sponsored by the French National Agency
for Research  (ANR) through the funding of the OPTIFORM project (see
http://optiform.ec-lyon.fr/ for a list of results obtained by members of
the project). Preference will be given to applicants with an excellent
research record who have interests in both theoretical and numerical
aspects of the above topics.


* Successful applicants will be expected to have graduated from a Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral program by the end of the academic year
2012-2013.  He or she will also be eligible for additional travel
funding from departmental resources.
