Qualitative properties of positive solutions to p-Laplace equations in 
half spaces

I will talk about some results obtained in collaboration with A. Farina 
and L. Montoro.
We consider positive weak solutions to-?p u = f (u) in half spaces with 
zero Dirichlet boundary condition.
Exploiting Serrin's moving plane technique we prove monotonicity 
properties of the solutions, in the spirit of previous works of 
Berestycki-Caffarelli-Nirenberg and Dancer.
