Dear Colleagues,

It is my pleasure to announce the "International conference on Fluids and
Variational Methods", which will be held in Leipzig, Germany, during the
period 28 January - 1st February, 2013.

The speakers will be: G. Alberti, L. Ambrosio, K. Astala, C. Bardos, S.
Bianchini, Y. Brenier, P. Constantin, S. Conti, D. Córdoba, C. De Lellis,
C. Doering, T. Iwaniec, S. Kuksin, G. Seregin, A. Shnirelman, E. Titi and
G. Weiss.  The principle scientific organisers are B. Kirchheim, F. Otto
and L. Székelyhidi.

Registration for the conference is free, and limited funding is available
to young researchers (including PhD students and postdocs) to cover travel
and accommodation expenses.  The deadline for applying for funding is the
7th of December 2012.
