The Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Leipzig
invites applications for the position of the
Felix-Klein-Juniorprofessor (tenure-track) in Mathematics
to commence at the earliest convenience.
The position initially terminates after three years, but can extended up to six years.
There is the possibility to tenure the Juniorprofessor according to the state university regulations.
The successful candidate will be well established in an active area of mathematics with a promising
research program that fits into and strengthens the scientific profile of the Mathematical Institute.
Candidates are invited to submit by Nov 2, 2012 a curriculum vitae, a publication list and a record
of their teaching experience together with a summary of their research interests.
