Dear Professor,

in the period April 18-21 2012, we are organizing
a conference in Ancona (Italy), entitled
 	Variational and geometric methods in PDE's.

The scope of this conference would be to gather together outstanding
researchers that present their results in a clear
and accessible way, to favor the interaction
with students and young researchers and to
present and attack old and new open problems.

The plenary speakers of the conference will be
Professor Victor Bangert,
Professor Andrea Malchiodi,
Professor Susanna Terracini
and Professor Juan Luis Vazquez,
who will deliver minocourses on research topics.

We also expect to have a session of talks
delivered by young researchers of all ages.

Some limited financial support is expected for some of the
participants, and we hope to obtain some discount rates
for some lodging facilities.
