The Centre for Research on Optimization and Control =96 CEOC (
<http://ceoc.mat.ua.pt/> http://ceoc.mat.ua.pt/), within the Department of
Mathematics of University of Aveiro (http://www.ua.pt/mat/), Portugal,
invites applications for one 5-years research position in one of the
following topics: Algebraic Graph Theory, Combinatorial Optimization or
Computer Science. The contract for this position is for one year minimum
extendable to five years, equivalent to the index 195 of the Portuguese
State research positions, corresponding to 3 038x14 =3D 42 532 euros per ye=
ar.
The candidates must have a PhD in mathematics with at least three years of
experience in one of the above research topics. Furthermore, the candidates
should be fluent in English. The successful candidate will develop his
research activities at CEOC.
