"On the global solvability for  Kirchhoff equations
in exterior domain"

Abstract: We consider the unique global solvability of the initial boundary
value problem for the Kirchhoff equations in exterior domain for space
dimension  larger or equal to 3. The following is known: if the generalized
Fourier  transform of the initial data has sufficient regularity and decays
and  if the data is small, then there exists a unique global solution.
The purpose of this talk is to show that if the initial data is
sufficiently  small in some suitable Sobolev spaces, then there exists a
unique global  solution.
