                  SECOND  ANNOUNCEMENT

The Center for Nonlinear Analysis is organizing a workshop on 
Calculus of Variations, Partial Differential Equations, and Multiscale 
Phenomena, entitled 

"Advances in Nonlinear Analysis"

to be held at Carnegie Mellon University, May 30-June 1, 2003.
