{\bf Abstracts and presentations} 

Authors are invited to submit a 300-words abstract, with no long
formulas, 
including the author(s) affiliation, address and e-mail address.
Keywords (maximum 
five) and MSC classification are required. The abstract source file
should be in 
standard LaTeX (document style "article") and should contain no own macros.

Abstracts and Registration forms should be sent by e-mail to the secretariat.

The scientific program will include 20-minutes presentations of the
contributed 
papers followed by 5-minutes discussions.

The Conference language : English

The organizing committee is trying to get financial support in order to
publish 
the Proceedings of the Conference. 

{\bf General Information}

The Conference will take place at the University "Ovidius",
Constantza-Mamaia 
close to the Black Sea shore. 
The registration fee is 100 Euros. Accommodation is available at hotel
PERLA - Mamaia 
at the following prices : 30 Euros in single rooms and 
17 Euros in a double room (price per night and per person), full board
at 15 Euros 
per day and per person. Accommodation in a student hostel at the price
of 10 Euros 
per night and per person, will also be possible. Hotel PERLA and the
student hostel 
are both located on the Black Sea shore and are at a comfortable 15
minutes walking 
distance from the conference building.
 
The organizing committee will be able to offer financial support for
accommodation, 
full board or participation fee for a limited number of participants,
each case 
being decided individually. No financial support for travel can be offered.

the Institute of Mathematics - Bucharest, at http://www.imar.ro and a
Second 
Announcement will be sent at the end of June 2003.
