schema in gruppi fondamentle abeliano di unoschema $X$ sopra uno schema di
Dedekind $S$ munito di una sezione $x\in X(S)$. Il risultato principale afferma
che lo schema in gruppi fondamentle abeliano $\pi_1(X,x)^{ab}$ di $X$ in $x$ è
isomorfo ad un'estensione dello schema in gruppi fondamentale
$\pi_1(\mathbf{Alb}_{X/S},0_{\mathbf{Alb}_{X/S}})$ del suo schema di Albanese,
quando questo esiste, per uno schema in gruppi finito e liscio su $S$.
Descriveremo esempi in cui questo accade sempre. In questo seminario
dimostreremo il risultato nel caso, più semplice e intuitivo, delle curve,
generalizzando così un classico risultato secondo cui ogni rivestimento abeliano
di una curva liscia e propria su un campo proviene dalla sua Jacobiana. Infine
mostreremo, per $S$ connesso di punto generico $\eta=Spec(K)$, che ogni torsore
(quoziente) sulla fibra generica $X_{\eta}$ di $X$, puntato sopra $x_{\eta}$,
sotto l'azione di uno $K$-schema in gruppi finito e commutativo proviene da un
torsore su $X$ puntato sopra $x$, sotto l'azione di uno $S$-schema in gruppi
