MI-TO Geometry and Analysis Seminar - I

This is the first of a series of thematic seminars taking place biannually, in one of the five universities of the MI-TO network: Politecnico di Milano (PoliMi), Politecnico di Torino (PoliTo), Università degli Studi di Milano (UniMi), Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca (UniMiB), Università degli Studi di Torino (UniTo) 
The theme of this first meeting will be 
GEOMETRY OF (HYPER)SURFACES:
Recent advances on minimal surfaces, CMC surfaces and beyond
The conference will consist of 3 plenary lectures: the first talk will be a colloquium-style introduction to the topics discussed in the research seminars. Following this, each research seminar will start with an introduction to the problem and an overview of known results. Students are welcome and encouraged to participate.
